Job summary

Village Farms International is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, implement, secure, and optimize the Microsoft 365 platform. This in-office role in Lake Mary, FL leads Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Defender, Intune, Purview, and related security settings, mentoring junior engineers and partnering with infrastructure teams.

You will automate tasks with PowerShell and Graph API, drive governance standards, and collaborate across IT for secure,

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 in an enterprise environment.
Deep expertise in Exchange Online (including hybrid deployments).
Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Defender and Teams.
Strong PowerShell automation experience.
Solid understanding of identity, authentication, and access management.
Experience with M365 security and compliance tooling.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant architecture aligned with business and security requirements.
Optimize tenant configuration for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Evaluate new Microsoft 365 features and roadmap items; provide recommendations and adoption strategies.
Manage Exchange Online mail flow, retention, eDiscovery, and troubleshooting.
Oversee SharePoint Online, OneDrive architecture, permissions, storage governance.
Enforce Zero Trust principles and conditional access policies.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and scripting best practices.
