Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer to administer and optimize Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID services. You will support incident resolution, design integrations, and evaluate AI productivity tools while aligning with security and compliance goals.

The role emphasizes documentation, metric reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams under senior leadership direction.

Qualifications

Five or more years of Microsoft 365 cloud engineering experience, including subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365 messaging and Teams
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer-focused results
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10%
Microsoft certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

Administer and configure Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, SSO, and related collaboration technologies
Resolve Level III incidents and service requests through ServiceNow
Provide subject matter expertise for Exchange Online administration, support, and troubleshooting
Assess technical needs, document requirements, and support the design of Microsoft 365 solutions
Support the evaluation, administration, and responsible adoption of AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude
Prepare and deliver monthly cloud operations metrics
Evaluate, test, and apply critical updates regularly
