Job summary

Addison Group in Chicago is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to support a mid-to-large enterprise. You will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID in a hybrid environment.

You will build Power Automate workflows and low-code Power Apps, enforce MFA and conditional access security, and optimize admin center and Power Platform tooling. Certifications like MS-700/MS-500/PL-900 are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Experience building and supporting Power Automate workflows and low-code Power Apps.
• Proficiency with security and compliance features of Microsoft 365 (MFA, conditional access, sensitivity labels).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Security & Compliance Center, and Power Platform Admin Center.
• Understanding of hybrid environments including Microsoft 365 and on-prem Active Directory.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-700, MS-500, or PL-900 are a plus.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities
