Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to administer Enterprise Workplace and Collaboration solutions across Microsoft 365. You will help deliver new capabilities while ensuring security, stability, and operational effectiveness across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.

The role emphasizes Purview and Data Loss Prevention, data governance, and incident response, collaborating with security, legal, and stakeholders to implement regulatory controls and policy

Qualifications

• Hands-on support for Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and collaboration services.
• Experience with Purview, DLP, and data governance controls.
• Configure and maintain Purview policies across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and endpoints.
• Collaborate with security, legal, risk, and stakeholders to translate requirements into Purview & 365 controls.
• Monitor policy matches, alerts, incidents, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Microsoft 365 service strategy ensuring security controls and compliance.
• Administer core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID.
• Configure Purview DLP policies and data protection across supported apps and endpoints.
• Maintain knowledge of Purview features: sensitivity labels, classification, retention, audit, and compliance reporting.
• Partner with IT and business teams to align controls with regulatory requirements.
