Job summary

Jobs Ai is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to own the configuration, security, and ongoing management of our Microsoft 365 environment. The role ensures users stay productive, data remains secure, and the platform aligns with how the business operates.

The ideal candidate will manage Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID, while implementing Defender and Purview controls. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a generous compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 in mid-to-large environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.
• Familiarity with Defender and Microsoft Purview.
• PowerShell scripting fluency.
• Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and change management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
• Manage identity, access, and conditional access policies in Entra ID.
• Implement and maintain compliance, retention, and DLP policies.
• Configure email security, anti-phishing, and threat protection settings.
• Support migrations, integrations, and platform upgrades.
• Document procedures and provide user training and support.
