Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Digital Workplace Product Manager to govern the lifecycle of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, and Power Platform. You will partner with internal customers, engineering, and communications to deliver user-centered solutions and drive product success.

The ideal candidate has admin and product management experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with strong written and presentation skills.

Qualifications

3+ years in administration and product management of Microsoft 365 services focusing on messaging, collaboration, workflow and AI services is preferred.
Raymond James knowledge and/or financial services industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power Platform.
Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience in information technology support and technical documentation.
Strong skills in interpreting client input, clarifying issues and developing solutions.
Knowledge of user acceptance testing principles, with the ability to develop test plans and scripts.
Understanding of project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and integrations.
Experience in change management and enablement support.
Strong collaboration, workflow and content management knowledge particularly OneDrive, SharePoint, Box and Power Platform.
Strong messaging knowledge – Exchange/Outlook, Teams.
Ability to act as a liaison between product owners and technology implementers – describe business functions to technical audience and translate technical capabilities, issues to business.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze information, interview SMEs, and create detailed product requirements.
Define product scope and objectives through research and data gathering.
Analyze user feedback and determine opportunities for future phases of product lifecycle.
Create and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
Develop and deliver project business/benefits cases.
Serve as a liaison between client business units and technical teams to design and implement solutions.
Monitor and report on project timelines and delivery plans.
Propose solutions to resolve user pain points and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Assist in planning and implementing change initiatives.
Provide internal consulting to assigned functional areas and coordinate activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends.
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.
