Job summary

Desert Financial is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the Microsoft solution suite under VP guidance. You will own product roadmaps, analyze business needs, and stay aligned with VoC to deliver value for clients.

You will collaborate with engineering, security, and external partners to implement, launch, and sustain Microsoft 365 solutions, including Copilot, while driving adoption and ROI across business lines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Experience driving enterprise adoption of Microsoft 365 and related products required.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle required.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills across all levels required.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and adjunct solutions required.
Change management experience related to technology adoption and rollouts required.

Responsibilities

Analyze, own, and manage Microsoft products, licenses, costs and roadmaps aligned with objectives.
Collaborate with engineering, design, information security and vendor partners on implementations and launches.
Drive customer adoption, ROI, and translate customer needs into features and services.
Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized backlog in an agile team.
Monitor adoption metrics, track engagement, and communicate roadmap updates to stakeholders.
