Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the Microsoft solution suite, align with the Voice of the Customer, and drive roadmaps across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, security, and vendors to implement best practices, translate customer needs into features, and maintain a prioritized backlog for sprint goals and KPIs. Strong communication and prior Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years driving Microsoft 365 adoption in B2B environments.
• 2+ years strategic analysis related to system implementations.
• 2+ years working with cross-functional teams.
• Microsoft 365 and related product experience.
• Proven product management skills and Agile experience.
• Strong communication across all organization levels and clients.
• Change management experience related to technology adoption and rollouts.
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and Administrator certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, manage, and roadmap Microsoft products, licenses, costs, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market research.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, security, and vendors for implementation and product lifecycle decisions.
• Drive adoption and ROI, translate customer needs into features, ensure regulatory and data security compliance.
• Research technical trends and validate product effectiveness against metrics and adoption targets.
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized backlog in an Agile team.
• Track adoption metrics, report progress, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
