Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions, supporting Desert Financial Credit Union, seeks an Associate Product Manager to drive the Microsoft solution suite. You will align product roadmaps with business objectives, gather VoC, and collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver value.

You will play a key role in backlog management, KPI tracking, and change management for Microsoft-based rollouts, while ensuring regulatory and data security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years driving enterprise adoption of Microsoft 365 and related products.
• 2+ years strategic analysis for system implementations in a B2B environment.
• 2+ years working with cross-functional teams.
• Microsoft 365 and related product experience required.
• Proven product management skills and experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, create, govern licenses and roadmaps for Microsoft products and services.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, information security and external partners.
• Drive adoption, ROI, and translate customer needs into features.
• Follow industry trends and gather VoC to validate product metrics.
• Act as a product owner in Agile teams with backlog prioritization.
• Report adoption metrics and support change management for rollouts.
