Job summary

SEI Sphere is a strategic MSSP helping clients adopt Microsoft AI and Copilot securely. You will lead engagements, architecture workshops, and governance implementations across Microsoft 365 environments.

The role focuses on Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels, and AI governance, collaborating with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to deliver sustainable 운영 models and client-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview including DLP, Information Protection, and Sensitivity Labels.
• Experience assessing and remediating oversharing, excessive permissions, data exposure and governance risks in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, readiness assessments, and architecture sessions focused on secure Microsoft AI adoption.
• Assess Microsoft 365 environments for permissions hygiene, external sharing, data exposure, and governance maturity; develop remediation plans.
• Architect, deploy, and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and related solutions.
• Design and implement Purview capabilities, including DLP, Information Protection, and Compliance features.
• Establish data protection and AI governance frameworks with reporting, auditing, and policy enforcement.
• Partner with security, cloud, infrastructure, and ops teams to align AI deployments with Zero Trust.
• Develop reference architectures, governance models, and client-facing documentation.
• Create adoption and value frameworks using Copilot Analytics and usage reporting.
• Lead end-user enablement through training and executive briefings.
• Support pre-sales and solution development with discovery, design, and SOWs.
