Job summary

SEI Sphere is seeking a Microsoft 365 Data Protection & Copilot Architect to lead design and governance of Microsoft data protection solutions for enterprise clients. You will steer deployment of Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry with strong governance and security controls powered by Purview.

You will partner with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to align AI deployments with Zero Trust and best practices, delivering reference architectures, runbooks, and client-facing

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview, including DLP and Information Protection.
• Experience deploying and governing Microsoft 365 Copilot in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and Zero Trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and architecture sessions for secure Microsoft AI adoption.
• Assess 365 environments for permissions, oversharing, data exposure and governance maturity.
• Architect, deploy, and govern Copilot, AI agents, and related solutions across 365 and data sources.
• Design and implement Purview capabilities: DLP, labeling, data lifecycle, eDiscovery, and more.
• Establish governance frameworks for data protection, reporting, and audits.
