Job summary

GlobalFoundries in the United States is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot & Collaboration Engineer to drive enterprise-scale AI enablement across Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint. You will design, govern, implement, and support the platform to ensure security, compliance, and a productive employee experience.

The role emphasizes agent lifecycle management, governance, and collaboration with Security teams, delivering analytics and adoption metrics at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–7 years of Microsoft 365 engineering with Power Platform administration.
• Hands-on governance using Copilot Studio and ALM in managed environments.
• Pro-code development experience (Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, C#).
• Experience securing Copilot Studio, DLP, auditing, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Copilot agents with connectors and integrations.
• Define governance policies for Copilot and Power Platform.
• Administer Power Platform environments, enforce DLP, monitor compliance.
• Manage ALM and deployment pipelines across environments.
• Collaborate with Security to package audit evidence and handle escalations.
• Create analytics dashboards tracking adoption and compliance.
• Support and troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform services.
• Develop enablement materials and drive secure AI adoption.
