Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States is seeking a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Operations Engineer to support Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange, and Office 365 workloads, ensuring reliable collaboration for enterprise users.

You will drive L3 production support, incident and problem management, RCA, and service monitoring, coordinating across onsite and offshore teams to maintain environment health and smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Experience in L3 production support and incident management.
• Proven ability to perform RCA and drive preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and perform RCA.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and document improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable IT infrastructure solutions and produce technical documentation.
• Coordinate deployments, release readiness, and change control.
• Conduct security checks and compliance audits.
• Develop knowledge repositories and support cross-project reuse.
