Job summary

H2O America is seeking a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer to design, administer, and optimize the Microsoft 365 stack with focus on security and user enablement across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Viva, and Forms.

The ideal candidate will partner with IT operations, cybersecurity, compliance, and business units to improve governance, adoption, and operational support of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Microsoft 365 administration or related roles.
• Experience administering Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Groups.
• Ability to implement governance, security, and retention controls.
• Strong scripting and automation experience with PowerShell.
• Excellent collaboration with IT, security, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Groups.
• Configure Teams policies, governance, and lifecycle settings.
• Manage SharePoint sites, hub sites, permissions, and lifecycle.
• Monitor service health, adoption, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and business units to improve governance.
• Lead migrations and tenant optimization projects.
