Job summary

H2O America is hiring a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer to design, administer, and optimize 365 services across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Viva, Stream, Forms, and Power Platform integrations.

The role requires partnering with IT operations, cybersecurity, compliance, and business units to improve productivity, governance, adoption, and support of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

4+ years in Microsoft 365 administration or cloud productivity platforms.
Experience administering Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Groups.
Experience with governance for collaboration services.
Strong PowerShell automation, reporting, and admin capabilities.

Responsibilities

Administer and support 365 collaboration services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Configure and manage Teams policies, external access, and governance settings.
Monitor service health, adoption, and operational performance.
Develop scripts for provisioning, reporting, and governance enforcement.
Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and business units.
