Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to support Microsoft 365 collaboration operations across US locations. The role focuses on incident resolution, RCA, infrastructure assessments, deployments, and ongoing optimization.

Strong collaboration with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams is essential. You will contribute to design of scalable IT solutions, ensure security and resilience, and maintain documentation to drive efficiency and knowledge retention across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Experience in L3 Production Support.
• Experience in Incident & Problem Management.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience in Service Monitoring & Platform Health.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex incidents and document root causes with preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare actionable assessment reports.
• Design scalable, cost‑effective IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation.
• Coordinate deployments, perform post‑deployment testing, and manage version control.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, emergency fixes, and technology upgrades.
• Assist with capacity planning and performance optimization through data analysis.
