Job summary

Infosys Hartford is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to join our team. The role involves collaborating with internal and client teams to resolve incidents, assess infrastructure maturity, and design scalable IT solutions.

You will align release schedules, manage deployments, and ensure secure, compliant operations across environments. You will contribute to performance analysis, capacity planning, and knowledge sharing, while liaising with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to drive

• Experience in L3 Production Support.
• Experience in Incident & Problem Management.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience in Service Monitoring & Platform Health.
• Experience in ServiceNow / Ticket Management.
• Experience in Production Deployments & Change Support.
• Experience in Operational Reporting & Documentation.
• Experience in Stakeholder Communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare assessment reports.
• Contribute to the design of scalable IT infrastructure solutions and develop documentation.
• Coordinate release schedules and deployments, and perform post‑deployment testing.
• Coordinate maintenance, emergency fixes, and upgrades for uninterrupted operations.
• Perform performance data analysis and capacity planning to optimize systems.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills, and compliance audits.
• Gather feedback to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Act as liaison with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to document project requirements.
