Job summary

Mohegan Sun seeks an experienced Collaboration Administrator to manage enterprise Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related governance tools. You will work with Infrastructure, Security, Legal, and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable collaboration across locations.

The role emphasizes platform adoption, lifecycle governance, automation, data protection, and user enablement, with on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or six years of progressively responsible experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Hands-on experience administering Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin centers, licensing, RBAC, and service health management.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports Microsoft 365 services and governance across Mohegan’s enterprise environment.
• Manages tenant configurations, licensing, permissions, and feature releases to align with security and cost goals.
• Monitors service health, adoption trends, capacity and performance; responds to incidents and events.
• Implements governance such as retention, data loss prevention, eDiscovery, and compliance controls.
• Provides on-call support and contributes to change, incident, and knowledge management processes.
