Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer to own administration, engineering, and governance of the company’s Microsoft 365 collaboration platform. You will serve as the technical owner for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID, delivering secure, user-friendly collaboration solutions.

You will work hands-on daily, provide Tier 3 support, drive platform improvements, and automate administrative processes while partnering with stakeholders across the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
• 3+ years of SharePoint Online experience in a 2,500+ user enterprise environment.
• Experience with Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• Strong governance, access/lifecycle management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
• Administer SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID platforms; manage governance and policies.
• Lead configuration, platform health, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
• Drive migrations, modernization, and scalable collaboration solutions.
• Provide Microsoft 365 leadership, mentor teams, and influence architecture and roadmap.
