Job summary

Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority - Corporate seeks a Collaboration Administrator to manage Microsoft 365 services across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and related tools. You will implement governance, security controls, data protection, and lifecycle management in a large enterprise environment.

This role partners with Infrastructure, Security, Legal and Compliance and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant collaboration services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Three years of experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administrative centers, Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control, identity concepts, licensing, and service health management.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, retention, information protection, data loss prevention, eDiscovery, auditing, or related governance capabilities is preferred.
• Experience using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for administration, reporting, or automation.
• Experience with Power Platform, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Teams Phone, meeting-room technologies, or Microsoft Viva is preferred.
• Working knowledge of networking, DNS, authentication, email flow, endpoint management, browser technologies, APIs, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of server virtualization technologies is optional but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and related services.
• Manages tenant configurations, licensing, permissions, and feature releases while monitoring service health and adoption.
• Implements governance, security, retention, and compliance controls across collaboration platforms.
• Troubleshoots complex collaboration issues in coordination with other IT teams and vendors.
• Performs administrative automation using PowerShell, Graph, and approved tooling.
• Participates in change, incident, problem, release, and knowledge management processes.
• Supports user adoption, training, and knowledge management to improve security and productivity.
