Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Collaboration Administrator to oversee the administration, security, governance, and optimization of our enterprise collaboration platforms. You will manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online, partnering with IT, Legal, and Security to deliver reliable and compliant collaboration services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Three years of experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online in a complex enterprise environment.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administrative centers, Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, licensing, and service health management.
Experience with Microsoft Purview, retention, information protection, data loss prevention, eDiscovery, auditing, or related governance capabilities is preferred.
Experience using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for administration, reporting, or automation.

Responsibilities

Administers and supports Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
Manages tenant configurations, administrative roles, service policies, licensing, permissions, integrations, and feature releases.
Monitors Microsoft 365 service health, adoption trends, capacity, performance, and availability; coordinates response to service-impacting events.
Evaluates new capabilities and recommends platform improvements aligned with business needs, enterprise architecture, security, supportability, and cost.
Implements Teams governance and manages guest access, external collaboration, and policies.
Supports identity and access controls within Microsoft Entra ID; automates tasks with PowerShell and Graph.
