Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 in a complex enterprise environment.
- Hands-on with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Proficient in identity and access management, security, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Administers and supports Microsoft 365 services, licensing, and configurations.
- Implements Teams governance, security, and external collaboration policies.
- Administers SharePoint/OneDrive sites, retention, and content management.
- Applies least-privilege/Zero Trust principles and supports compliance needs.
- Automates administration and reporting with PowerShell, Graph, and Power Automate.
- Provides advanced technical support and participates in on-call rotation.
- Develops administrator docs, training materials, and adoption resources.
