Job summary

Mohegan Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Collaboration Administrator to manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. You will govern Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and related tools, while ensuring security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with IT security, governance, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable collaboration services, automate tasks, and promote platform adoption across locations.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administrative centers, Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control, identity concepts, licensing, and service health management.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Forms and other approved Microsoft 365 services.
• Manages tenant and workload configurations, administrative roles, service policies, licensing, permissions, integrations, and feature releases.
• Monitors Microsoft 365 service health, adoption trends, capacity, performance, and availability; coordinates response to service-impacting events.
• Implements governance and security controls for collaboration platforms; supports data loss prevention, auditing, and privacy requirements.
• Uses PowerShell, Graph API, and automation tools to provision, report, and manage lifecycle.
