Job summary

Planet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated M365 Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our growing team. You will support impactful projects that advance public sector and commercial clients in adopting Microsoft 365 technologies such as Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

You will lead OCM activities, shape communications and training plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transformations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with GCC High migration projects, Copilot deployment and Power Platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OCM activities including vision discovery, kickoff, change scope workshops, interviews and surveys.
• Develop and execute new offerings related to Microsoft Copilot.
• Design change management plans and champion engagement strategies.
