Job summary

Colonna's Shipyard seeks an IT Systems Analyst to administer and improve our Microsoft cloud environment. You will manage Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Defender, and related services, with a focus on security, governance, and reliability.

You will document configurations, support lifecycle management, and collaborate with the Security Manager to meet approved requirements while delivering high-availability IT services across the shipyard operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 or comparable cloud tech.
• Hands-on admin for Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint.
• Experience with identity lifecycle, MFA, licensing, groups, access troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint enrollment, device management, and Defender.
• Strong communication and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and related cloud services.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, authentication methods, and access lifecycle.
• Configure device enrollment and endpoint-management via Intune.
• Maintain Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail flow.
• Support identity and access technologies including MFA and Conditional Access.
• Maintain Teams and SharePoint Online settings and integrations.
• Provide escalation support for complex cloud identity and security issues.
• Create system documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
