Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an Application Analyst to support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services on the Digital Workplace team. You will work with business stakeholders, support teams, and peers to understand needs, coordinate change, and deliver reliable, secure services.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong judgment, and onboarding new processes for governance, security, and user experience improvements across SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft 365 experience including governance and support.
• Experience gathering requirements and turning them into improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently with limited coaching.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SharePoint as a key responsibility area.
• Administer Microsoft 365 products including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate governance, changes, and ongoing support for Digital Workplace initiatives.
• Troubleshoot across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge resources.
