Job summary

WorldLink in Frisco, United States seeks a Microsoft 365 Administrator who will bridge business departments and IT to maximize productivity, collaboration, automation, and efficiency. You will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable support for a growing organization of 250–350 employees.

The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with business process analysis, change leadership, and strong communication to drive technology adoption across the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s technology enablement strategy.
  • Align technology investments with business objectives.

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administratorwho as an individual contributor will be responsible for improving how the organization uses technology to increase productivity, collaboration, automation, and business efficiency. This role serves as the bridge between business departments and IT, ensuring employees fully leverage Microsoft technologies and other business applications while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This role ensures that technology resources align with business objectives while delivering secure, reliable, and scalable support to an evolving organization of approximately 250–350 employees.
