WorldLink in Frisco, TX is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator who will bridge business and IT to maximize productivity through Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and automation. You will drive adoption, ensure secure, scalable support, and align IT initiatives with business goals for a 250–350 employee organization.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of technology leadership, a BA/BS in IT or related field, and deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and governance.

Competenze

  • 5+ years of technology leadership or business systems experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience with Power Platform.
  • Experience improving business processes.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practice.

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administratorwho as an individual contributor will be responsible for improving how the organization uses technology to increase productivity, collaboration, automation, and business efficiency. This role serves as the bridge between business departments and IT, ensuring employees fully leverage Microsoft technologies and other business applications while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This role ensures that technology resources align with business objectives while delivering secure, reliable, and scalable support to an evolving organization of approximately 250–350 employees.

The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge, business process analysis, change management, and leadership skills to drive technology adoption across the organization.
