Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Microbulk Sales Specialist to drive regional MB/SB sales growth and manage targeted customer lists with the regional sales manager.

The role includes field sales calls, pricing contributions, and coordinating MB/SB installations. You will engage with territory managers and cross-functional teams to resolve MB/SB issues, prepare monthly performance reports, and support market pricing strategies for MB and bulk products, including tank rentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 5 years sales experience.
• Prior MB and cryogenics experience.
• Strong negotiating & selling skills.
• Strong computer and internet research skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in team environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and meet individual and region sales growth goals for MB/SB.
• Compile and manage target customer lists with regional sales manager to ensure adequate MB/SB leads per TM.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reports detailing gained accounts, pending accounts, lost business, and competitive market activity.
• Engage in field sales calls and participate in regional sales meetings proactively and assist general sales managers in establishing market pricing for MB and bulk products, including tank rental.
• Coordinate MB/SB installations and manage transfer pricing with USIG and other Linde business units and oversee site surveys for new MB/SB installations and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Work with territory managers, customers, and business units to resolve MB/SB related issues and support new vehicle distribution strategies.
