Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Houston, TX, seeks a Region Microbulk Manager to lead Microbulk operations, optimize processes, and align policy with business plans.

You will oversee installation, maintenance schedules, and the operational database, while supporting quality management, compliance, and training initiatives across the site. You will apply Six Sigma and LEAN principles to drive improvements, manage KPIs, and collaborate with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related sciences preferred
• 5+ years of operations or facility management experience
• Experience with Microbulk and bulk tanks
• Cryogenics experience is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable results by managing and aligning operating policies with business plans while exercising independent judgment
• You will improve operational systems, processes, and policies to enhance management reporting, information flow, and organizational planning
• Oversee installation and maintenance schedules, Microbulk operations database, and overall operational management including systems and controls
• You will support quality management systems covering compliance, asset inventory, tank validation, logistics, and training
• Track monthly key performance indicators and manage maintenance work orders, system integrations, and change management processes
• You will manage vendor and contractor relationships, adapt plans to resource challenges, and collaborate across all organizational levels
• Working knowledge of operational tools such as Six Sigma, LEAN, and relevant computer systems
• You have experience with quality management systems, compliance, and operational database support

• Prior experience with Microbulk and bulk tanks
