Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing support laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to deliver quality and compliance performance.
• Initiate and make decisions impacting product quality.
• Manage budget for headcount, overtime and direct expenses for the shift.
• Supervise and develop lab personnel; ensure training and mentoring.
