Job summary

Camfil USA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our Michigan market share for hospital, education, food & beverage, pharma, micro-electronics, and office building segments. You will be a self-starter with persuasive verbal communication, traveling across Michigan to engage executive and director level decision makers.

The role emphasizes growing market presence through strategic initiatives, CRM-driven prospecting, and strong account management in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• HVAC background desirable; engineering background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales in the Michigan area and obtain orders from customers.
• Drive sales and margin growth through identification and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Responsible for all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, sales calls, site surveys, preparing quotes and presentations, overcoming objections and securing orders.
• Use CRM system for input and tracking of all information relative to prospecting, appointments, opportunities, contacts, quotes, target accounts.
• Travel throughout the greater Michigan market.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
