Job summary

Pro Chem Inc. is seeking a full-time, entry-level Outside Sales Representative to cover the Miami, Florida territory. We’ll teach you the products, the industry and offer sales support - you’ll bring the drive to win business and build a book of repeat customers.

You’ll hunt for new business, build relationships with customers, and manage your territory with a proactive sales plan. Compensation includes base pay, uncapped commissions, allowances, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience with influence or close.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage a territory independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business: prospection, follow-ups, lead development.
• Build relationships with repeat customers via visits, calls, and email.
• Train on products and industries to offer customer-based solutions.
• Manage territory, schedule, and sales plan with personal accountability.
• Enter orders and track activity through digital systems.
