Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CompTIA A+ or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Onsite role in Miami, FL; ability to commute within 2 hours of the division
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform standing/walking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance to users to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Assist in managing internal client relationships with proactive communication.
• Produce, update, and provide best practice support documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer workstation issues.
• Maintain and update Service Now tickets daily with detailed information.
• Assist in coordinating technical support for meetings and events including video conferencing.
• Maintain, upgrade, install, replace hardware and software as required.
• Report server downtime and LAN/WAN issues promptly.
• Provide weekly status reports and coordinate third-party support.
