Keeping Your Book is a boutique accounting firm based in Miami, FL, seeking a full-time Accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping on-site. You will record transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain ledgers while preparing financial reports under supervision.

You’ll also assist with month-end and year-end closes and tax preparation activities, ensuring client records are accurate and compliant. Ideal candidates have strong bookkeeping and accounting skills, familiarity with QuickBooks

Qualifications

• Experience in general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (QBO) and spreadsheets; familiarity with office applications.
• Knowledge of tax preparation fundamentals for small and medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities
