NEPA Wholesale is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to support daily accounting operations in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have accounting or bookkeeping experience and strong skills in managing financial records, payments, invoices, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, performing bank reconciliations, maintaining records, and generating reports using QuickBooks and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.
• Track expenses and prepare financial reports.
• Use QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software to organize and review financial data.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Handle confidential financial information professionally.
