Job summary

Atrium seeks a Staff Accountant (Bookkeeper) in Downtown Miami, FL. You will use Excel and QuickBooks Online to support financial reporting, GLs, AP/AR, and month-end close.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in full-cycle accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and the ability to analyze financial data. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for budgeting and forecasting collaboration with the finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in full-cycle accounting.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain general ledger and post journal entries.
• Oversee AP/AR processing and vendor/customer transactions.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support tax compliance and audits as needed.
