Job summary

SNI Companies is seeking a Sr. Account Manager / Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage multiple bookkeeping clients from start to finish. This is an on-site role in Miami, FL, with a schedule Monday–Friday.

You will perform full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, AP/AR, and financial statement prep for 30–60 clients, while reviewing work, ensuring accuracy, and serving as the primary client contact. Expertise in QuickBooks and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of bookkeeping or client-facing experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
• Ability to manage 30–60 clients and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping including reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, AP & AR.
• Review work of external bookkeepers for accuracy and provide feedback.
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements and tax-ready records.
• Serve as the main client contact and coordinate with assistants and external teams.
• Coordinate team efforts to ensure timely delivery.

Summary

SNI Companies is looking for Sr. Account Manager / Full Charge Bookkeeper who can independently manage multiple bookkeeping clients from start to finish.

$55,000-$65,000 per year Miami, FL Onsite

Benefits

The position combines four main functions:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping: Reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, AP & AR, loans, fixed assets, and balance-sheet accounts, P&L Statements (Sales Tax Exp. is a +). Will need to have hands-on exp. with QB (Desktop & Online) as well as Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlookups). Looking for 3-5+ yrs. of BK/Client facing exp.
• Review & quality control: Checking work completed by external bookkeepers, correcting errors, and providing clear feedback.
• Month-end, year-end/tax preparation: Closing the books, preparing financial statements and supporting schedules, and ensuring records are tax-ready.
• Client Function: Serving as the main client contact (Could be from 30-60 clients), explaining financial results, collecting missing information, and keeping assistants and external teams on schedule.
• Team coordination: This is a senior, client-facing bookkeeping role requiring technical accounting expertise, independent judgment, quality oversight.

Salary:

$55-65,000 + bonus & benefits
