Soho Beach House Miami is seeking a dynamic Head of Membership Development to lead growth, engagement, and retention for the Miami House. You will act as an ambassador, cultivating relationships with artists, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders to strengthen settlements and drive high‑quality membership growth.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure on-brand, data-driven initiatives that deliver meaningful member value and exclusive access within the local creative

Qualifications

• Strong networking within the Miami creative community.
• Proven ability to convert contacts into applications/sales.
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through acquisition, conversion, and community engagement.
• Develop and execute a local outreach strategy aligned with acquisition and retention goals.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective members and drive conversion.
• Own the member acquisition journey from first contact to conversion, ensuring a smooth process.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Events, Operations and leadership to deliver value-driven programming.
• Develop member benefits and off-site partnerships to enhance value and visibility.
