Job summary

Soho House & Co in Miami Beach seeks a Head of Membership Development to grow and strengthen the Miami creative community. The role builds meaningful relationships with artists, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders to cultivate a vibrant, engaged membership.

Leading growth, retention, and events, the role delivers member experiences aligned with Soho House’s brand and commercial goals, while developing an active Committee and collaborating with global and regional teams.

Qualifications

• High level of personal contacts and networking skills in the creative disciplines local to the House.
• A highly social, outgoing individual who values personal interactions.
• Ability to convert contacts and connections into applications/sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through targeted acquisition, conversion, and community engagement strategies.
• Develop and manage an active Committee reflecting the creative community.
• Oversee a high-quality pipeline of prospective members and manage the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with Membership, Events, Operations, and House leadership to deliver on-brand initiatives.
• Analyse data and member feedback to identify trends and optimize campaigns.
• Partner with regional/global teams to ensure consistency and value for members.
