Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Studio Manager for the Miami Beach Studio to drive sales, elevate member experiences, and lead a high-performing luxury retail team. You will oversee daily operations, visual presentation, client development, and collaboration with Trade & Interior Design partners to grow revenue while upholding the Soho House standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in luxury retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and operations.
• Passion for interior design and high-end home furnishings.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on, adaptable leader with professional service standards.
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, reporting, and operations.
• Experience with furniture and design-focused retail environments preferred.
• POS and retail systems experience preferred.
• Ability to foster long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop the studio team to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed goals.
• Conduct daily morning chats focused on sales performance and priorities.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and elevated service standards.
• Partner with Trade & Interior Design teams to support client relations and opportunities.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and weekly recaps meet company standards.
• Analyze trends, product performance, and client behavior to grow revenue.
• Own daily/weekly/monthly financial targets and report metrics to leaders.
• Cultivate relationships with designers, trade professionals, and high-value clients.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across furniture, lighting, textiles, and custom offerings.
• Coordinate with Visual Manager on updates, floor moves, and launches.
• Support members with orders, tracking, returns, and post-sale service.
• Oversee stock, inventory counts, replenishment, and organization.
• Maintain high visual and housekeeping standards on sales floor and back-of-house.
