Soho House in Miami Beach seeks an experienced Studio Manager to lead the studio, drive sales targets, and deliver an elevated member experience within a luxury retail environment.

The role oversees daily operations, team leadership, inventory, client development, and partnerships with design teams, ensuring brand standards and exceptional service for high-value clients and designers in the Miami market.

Qualifications

• Proven 2–3 years leadership experience in luxury retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and operations.
• Passion for interior design, home furnishings, and client service.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, adaptable, hands-on leadership style.
• Familiarity with furniture, lighting, and design-focused retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop the studio team to exceed commercial goals.
• Conduct daily morning chats focused on sales performance and priorities.
• Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and visual presentation.
• Collaborate with Trade & Interior Design teams to nurture client relationships.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and weekly recaps meet company standards.
• Analyze trends and product performance to identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly financial targets and report metrics.
