Big Think Capital is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Funding Associate to join our high-energy team in Miami. This role focuses on converting warm inbound leads into funded solutions for small businesses nationwide, with an uncapped commission structure and a clear path for advancement.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with leadership and colleagues to tailor funding options, build lasting client relationships, and consistently hit performance targets for

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of sales experience (inside sales, financial services, lending, or similar).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-driven.
• A team player with a professional, energetic attitude.
• Familiarity with financial products or business lending is a plus.
