Job summary

CompuCom is seeking an Account Executive to lead new and existing client relationships in the North American market. The AE will pursue whitespace opportunities, educate stakeholders, and grow the sales pipeline across servers, hybrid cloud, networking, and storage, including managed and professional services.

The role requires a goal-driven, self-starter with 6+ years of sales experience, strong CRM skills, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology or related field.
• 6+ years of related experience.
• Experience with customer relationship management at multiple levels including VP/CIO.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization with multi-delivery.
• Industry knowledge of IT solutions and OEM technologies.
• Excellent sales, account and delivery skills with relevant IT/Product categories.
• Experience preparing, writing, creating, and delivering value-add sales proposals.

Responsibilities

• Source new business for CompuCom by generating demand for technology solutions, professional services, and managed services.
• Perform cost-benefit/needs analyses, create proposals/solutions (including SOW) to meet customer needs and close sales.
• Identify and build relationships with customers and OEM partners; deliver value-added presentations to decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders/partners (Consulting, Marketing, Proposal Services) to meet client needs.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with up-to-date data and ensure order entry/invoicing processes are completed.
