Unique Vacations, Inc. in Miami seeks a Group Travel Coordinator to handle group inquiries, present packages, and close sales with travel partners and clients. You will leverage product knowledge to upsell, manage contracts, and meet performance goals.

This role requires a helpful, energetic professional with strong Excel and Word skills, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed. On-site work in a busy call-center environment, with growth opportunities in a leading luxury

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
• Ability to qualify inquiries and close group bookings.
• Proficient with Word and Excel applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide group quotes to consumers, travel agents, tour operators and third parties within set response times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic formulas.
• Assist large volumes of group, reservations and product requests; develop product knowledge.
• Support travel partners and guest calls regarding groups.
• Follow up on group quotes within 48 hours of proposal.
• Issue group contracts within 24 hours of request.
• Contact clients next business day to verify contract accuracy.
• 21-day follow-up on pending quotes or contracts.
• Support outside sales team with inquiries and leads.
• Update group database as needed.
• Understand market and competitor landscape.
