Responsibilities

• Develop the Groups Division: build the framework, define systems, processes, sales strategies, and workflows.
• Lead sales: act as the primary advisor for group travel with inquiries, proposals, and bookings from B2B clients.
• Negotiate contracts and rates: review supplier contracts, net rates, and group concessions for profitability.
• Manage groups: quote, sell, coordinate rooming lists, and execute travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with tech: identify and fix system gaps to streamline group bookings.
