Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Crisis management and emergency response training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries.
• Assist in managing the trip budget and logistics.
• Support the Expedition Leader in liaising with hotels and services.

Skills
