Unique Vacations, Inc. is seeking a Group Travel Coordinator to join its Miami-based, in-house team. The role focuses on handling group bookings, presenting package options, and closing sales with excellent customer service.

The position requires at least 3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Word and Excel. This is a full-time, on-site role in Miami, FL, with benefits and opportunities to engage with travel partners.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel applications.
• Ability to successfully qualify inquiries.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Able and Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide group quotes to consumers, travel agents, tour operators, and third parties within set response time frame.
• Assist clients with questions about resorts, amenities, group menus, and function spaces.
• Follow up on group quotes within 48 hours of proposal release.
• Issue group contracts within 24 hours of request receipt.
• Update group database and maintain contact with clients and partners.
