Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a major client facility in Fountain Inn, SC. You will maintain building systems, repair material handling equipment and robotics, and uphold a safety-first culture throughout daily operations.

You will document maintenance activities, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Client and Operations teams to ensure reliable performance of packaging and distribution equipment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
