Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a major Fulfillment Center in North Carolina. You will repair, maintain, and improve materials handling equipment and robotic systems, working with Operations to maximize site productivity.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or higher (Electrical/Mechanical focus) or 5+ years of related experience, plus CMMS, PLC, and control-network knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher, with Electrical/Mechanical Engineering focus, or 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with CMMS, control networks/HMI components, and PLC programming.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems throughout the facility.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and service relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and related hardware.
• Lead emergency repair work and train Maintenance Technicians.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with RME and Operations teams and uphold safety procedures.
